    It is widely known as a fact that your phone is being monitored to some degree.  Your text messages and phone metadata is being filtered, compiled, and analyzed. We accept this as some form of necessary and justifiable evil. If someone wants to send a message with any assurance that it is private you can not use your phone to do it.  Your phone is the weakest link of any secure messaging platform. Even with phone apps like WhatsApp and Signal where they do offer end-to-end encryption, if your phone has been compromised then reading the messages that you send is as easy as reading a screen capture or a keylog.  In many countries every phone on their networks has already been compromised in these ways as part of their security measures.

    Cyber City Circuits has developed a hardware solution that will encrypt your messages before the messages enters your phone.  This way if your phone is compromised the message will not be intelligible to anyone that the message is not meant for.

    Each device has its own unique public-private (asymmetric) key set.  This allows the local device to send a public key to the remote device so that the remote device can encrypt messages to send the encrypted messages back to the local unit.  The devices are connected to the user’s phone, computer, tablet, etc through the audio jack. Encrypted message is encoded using a customized protocol and then sent to the user’s phone as an encrypted audio stream.  This audio stream can be used through a real-time communication system like Skype, KIK or Hangouts. Alternatively, the audio stream can be attached to a text message, a YouTube video, etc for the recipient to receive at their convenience. As soon as the conversation is over and you want to make sure the messages can never be decrypted by your device again just send the ‘NEWKEYS’ command and the device will erase all of your encryption keys and create new ones.  At this point your private key no longer exists and there is no way to decrypt the messages again.

    As mentioned earlier, there are plenty of accomplished phone apps that offer ‘end-to-end’ encryption on your mobile devices for messages, but do not offer protection from your phone being compromised.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
